PSV is a community based, non-profit association aiming to ensure that all Victorians with disabilities who use powerchairs for daily mobility have the opportunity to participate in sport and recreation. These opportunities include team sporting events at regional, national and international levels of competition. The Pride Warriors compete in the Victorian Powerchair League (VPL) – a competition run by PSV – that brings together some of Victoria’s best powerchair athletes in a fun and supportive environment.

The Special Children’s Christmas Parties are the biggest events of their kind in Australia for special needs children and their families. The children invited, are children who may have one or more of the following: serious illnesses, physical impairment, intellectual impairment, domestic violence, or living in underprivileged circumstances. At every event across Australia these children are treated to a day of celebrity stage shows, fun rides, interactive games, plenty of yummy food, face painting and many more fun activities. The highlight of the day is when the children enter Santa’s Toy Room where they are given 2-3 high quality toys to call their own.

The Feed Me charity was established at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Feed Me Surfcoast location was the second of its kind in the region and was created to help support those experiencing incredibly difficult times through job loss, children at home and an uncertain future. It is run exclusively by volunteers who continuously collect food from 10 supermarkets every day, as well as restaurants, cafes, bakeries, wholesalers, growers, and farmers, obtaining more than 3000kg of food a week. Their mission is to save food from landfill to connect with, create connections with and help those that need a hand for as little or as long as they need. No Questions. No Agendas.

PRIDE FIRMLY BELIEVES THE GREATEST GIFT A COMPANY CAN GIVE TO ITS COMMUNITY IS TO HAVE AN ACTIVE ROLE IN MAINTAINING A HIGH QUALITY OF LIFE FOR EVERYONE WHO LIVES THERE.
